ALPHAEON CREDIT Card Accounts are offered by Comenity Capital Bank which determines qualifications for credit and promotion eligibility. Account must be in good standing at the time of purchase. At no time will the minimum payment due be less than $27.00. Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per credit plan. Standard variable APR of 28.99%, based on the Prime Rate. Comenity Capital Bank issues ALPHAEON CREDIT Card Accounts which can be used with participating physicians.

United Medical Credit is here to assist applicants finance their healthcare procedure or medical device purchase, hassle free. Through our network of competitive healthcare-focused lending partners, our friendly associates are able to provide you with optimal financing options as soon as today!
Once your application is completed, it will be reviewed by several healthcare-focused lending partners. In some cases, you will be notified immediately after you submit your application if you are pre-qualified. In other cases, it could take up to one business day for us to notify you of your pre-qualification. Our friendly associates will contact you to clearly explain the terms of your financing and help you choose the optimal option for your needs.
If you need a referral to a physician in your area, our large network of providers across different healthcare specialties will allow us to source several local and qualified physicians. If your chosen provider is not currently enrolled with United Medical Credit, we will reach out to them for enrollment in our network. This will be completed prior to your procedure to ensure that you receive the treatment you need, when you need it.
